Featured Dog

Whit

The more I get to know this boy, the more I like him. He is a real thinker and wants so badly to be a partner to some lucky person. He is shy and reserved, but is also devoted and loving. Whit will do best in an active home willing to introduce Whit to the world in a quiet and confident way.

Whit is a shy boy who so wants to have a family of his own. Passed around because of his normal Border Collieness (we know what that is!) Whit is quick to bond to a new person once they take charge.

Whit does need some training, it certainly appears that is a huge part of his issue. I see him anxious to figure out what it is that you want from him, and when he realizes that you mean him no harm he relaxes.

Whit needs training and socialization in order to reach his potential as a good canine citizen, but I beleive he will rise to the occaision.

Whit will do best in a home familiar with border collies and their quirky behaviour and one that is willing and able to introduce Whit to the wonderful world of humans!
